Cabo Frio Cargo Terminal contributes to reduce total logistics costs, ensuring immediate customer service, safety & transparency in the handling of goods and quality service excellence provided to the Healthcare segment.
Cabo Frio Airport is capable to provide specialized services to the Healthcare segment through:
• Customs area (bonded) of 100,000 m²;
• 3 cold chambers, with temperatures ranging from -20°C to +15°C and from 2ºC to 8º C;
• Dedicated area for controlled medicines;
• 85m² for refrigerated areas, with partitions for food, cosmetics, and healthcare products; (temperature of 15ºC to 25°C);
• Presence of Pharmaceutical Technician to control all steps of the process (from the product arrival to delivery );
• Traceable controls in the execution of the Quality Assurance Procedures required by the pharmaceutical and related segments;
• Online visibility of the stock of products stored through the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Authorization to what consider the RDC 81/2008, RDC 346/2002, Ordinance 344/98 and updates.
We are entitled to handle the following:
• Medicines with prophylactic, curative, palliative or diagnostic purposes;
• Inputs (drug or raw material) intended for use in products and their containers;
• Equipment, appliances, tools, and accessories used in medicine, dentistry and related activities, such as physical education, cosmetology or aesthetic correction;
• Perfumes and hygiene products;
• Cosmetics intended for protection or cosmetic use for different parts of the body;
• Products for household cleaning and water treatment (insecticide, rodenticide, detergent and disinfectant products);
• Reactants, gauges, controls, standards, materials, articles, and tools that contribute to prove information on samples obtained from the human body.
